THE BODEGA EXPERIENCE IN SENCELLES
This edition takes place at Bodega The Mexican Winemaker X Cas Quitxero, set in the peaceful flatlands of Mallorca, just outside the village of Sencelles. Hosted by Javier & Aimee – a winemaker and chef duo – the evening is built around their passion for natural wine, food, and hospitality.
Their philosophy is simple: work with nature, not against it. Their wines are made from grapes only – pure, alive, and a true expression of Mallorca’s terroir, shaped by their Mexican and South African roots.
After a welcome with views over the vineyards, you’ll explore the bodega and learn about their approach before sitting down at a long shared table. Here, you’ll enjoy a carefully curated 3-course dinner paired with their wines – designed to bring people together over great flavours and conversation.
