When are the Wine & Dine Tours?

You can join our Wine & Dine Tour any day of the week, with two convenient time slots to choose from. Depending on the day and availability, you can choose to start at 13.00h or at 17.00h. The entire experience lasts for 4 hours. Check the Wine & Dine page for available dates.

What’s included in the Wine & Dine Tour?

Included in the Wine & Dine Tour is: * A personalised walking route with city highlights along the way * A signature small dish at 4 different restaurants * A glass of wine (or your choice of beer, soda or water) at each restaurant But remember, if you go all out and order extra food or drinks at the restaurants, that’s on you. ;)

How big are the portions during the Wine & Dine Tour?

At every restaurant, you’ll enjoy a small individual dish, leaving enough space for dessert at your final stop! Across the 4 restaurants, you’ll be able to enjoy a complete and satisfying meal.

What’s the deadline to book a Wine & Dine Tour?

Reservations for the Wine & Dine Tour can be made up to 24 hours in advance. This allows us the necessary time to coordinate with the restaurants and tailor the routes for each participant.

How does the App with the route work?

24 hours before the tour, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to your online private portal. In this portal, you’ll find the day’s itinerary, a map outlining the route, and the ability to track your live location as you progress. Along the way you can click on the highlights that provide you with more info about your current location. There’s no need to download anything on your phone, just make sure you have internet connection and a fully charged battery. In case you encounter any difficulties – you can find our contact details under the support button.

Can I start later than the start time provided?

Every restaurant has reserved a table for you within the provided time slots. As long as you stick to these time slots, you have the freedom to walk and enjoy your meal at your own pace within the allocated timeframe.

I would like to walk together with my friends, but we have separate bookings…

When you book your tour, you have the option to specify the names of your friends whom you’d like to walk with. The restaurants will be notified and reserve a table for your bookings combined. Did you forget to leave a note while booking? Please get in touch with us, and we’ll take care of informing the restaurants, ensuring you can all enjoy the tour and your meals together!

I have an allergy, what now?

No worries! When you make your booking, you can include a note to inform us about any specific dietary requirements you may have. We’ll inform the restaurants accordingly and make sure they have something suitable prepared for you!

I’m a vegetarian / vegan, can I participate in the Wine & Dine Tour?

Of course! Just make sure that you inform us in the comment section when you book, and we’ll inform the restaurants accordingly!

I don’t drink wine, can I still join the Wine & Dine Tour?

At every restaurant there’s one beverage included with your dish. If wine isn’t your preference, you can opt for a beer, soda, or water as an alternative! For any other beverage choices, these will be considered additional and should be settled directly with the restaurant as per your consumption.

Can children join the Wine & Dine Tour?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your children along! Please be aware that they will be counted as full participants, and there won’t be a separate menu or pricing for them. Unfortunately, we can’t allow them to accompany you on the tour without a ticket, as we must reserve the correct number of seats at the restaurants in advance.

Can I bring a dog on the Wine & Dine Tour?

As not all restaurants permit dogs indoors, we would recommend leaving your furry friends at home.

Is it possible to book a tour guide to accompany us?

Absolutely! You have the option to add a local guide when placing your booking. In case you’ve already completed your booking and wish to add a guide, please get in touch with us.

When are the Brunch & Ride Tours?

You can join our Brunch & Ride any day of the week (except for Sundays) from 10.00h – 14.00h. Please note that there’s limited availability! Check the Brunch & Ride page for available dates.

Where does the Brunch & Ride start?

The tour starts in the beautiful little village of Moscari, at the e-scooter station of our partner Let’s Meet Mallorca. You will receive the exact location by email one day before the tour.

What’s included in the Brunch & Ride Tour?

Included in the tour: * A self-guided e-scooter tour with remarkable highlights unveiling the breath-taking landscapes of Mallorca. * A 3-course surprise brunch, elegantly spread across 3 handpicked restaurants. * A refreshing non-alcoholic beverage to grace your palate at every stop. But that’s not all – enhance your Mallorca food tour with these captivating options: * Opt for a knowledgeable local guide to accompany you. * Capture the magic of the moment with a polaroid camera. You’re free to order any extra food or drinks beyond what’s included in the tour. Just remember to settle the bill before you venture on to your next stop!

Can I also order alcoholic beverages during the Brunch & Ride stops?

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the price and are unfortunately not permitted when driving an e-scooter. At the last stop you’re free to order a beer or wine at your own expense. Prior to that point, we kindly request that you refrain from consuming alcohol for your safety. It’s against the Spanish law to drink and drive – even if you’re on a e-scooter. ;)

How big are the portions during the Brunch & Ride?

At every restaurant you'll receive an individual brunch dish, including dessert at the last stop. By the time you’ve finished dessert at the final stop, feeling hungry will be the least of your concerns. ;)

You can book our Brunch & Ride Tours up to 24 hours in advance, of course, subject to availability!

Can children join the Brunch & Ride?

Please take note that the minimum age for this tour is 15 years. It’s important to keep in mind that children will be counted as full participants, and there won’t be a separate menu or pricing for them.

What’s the maximum weight to drive an e-scooter?

The maximum weight to drive the e-scooters is 120kg.

Can I ride the e-scooter with more than one person?

No, only 1 person is permitted on the e-scooter at any given time. Besides the fact that it’s not good for the e-scooters, the police won’t be too happy either when seeing you!

Do I need a special license to drive an e-scooter?

No, there is no special license required. However, we ask you to be aware of the general traffic rules and listen carefully to our briefing before the tour.

Do I need special clothes, footwear or equipment for the Brunch & Ride?

Make sure to wear closed shoes, anything like sneakers will do. It’s advisable to avoid skirts and dresses, as they may not be the most practical attire while driving an e-scooter. Sunglasses are recommended for added comfort and protection. Additionally, you will receive a safety vest during the briefing to ensure your safety throughout the journey.

Which e-scooters are used?

Our partner Let’s Meet Mallorca works with (according to various review websites) the best e-scooters made: Smart Gyro Rockway Pro.

Can I lock the e-scooters somewhere?

You will receive a sturdy combination lock from us, including instructions on the best way to lock the e-scooter. It’s crucial to secure the e-scooter in the designated (bicycle) racks or in a location that doesn’t obstruct others. Please remember to ALWAYS lock the e-scooter to a fixed object for added security.

I have been fined by the police, what now?

Uh oh, that’s not nice! Somehow you must have violated the rules… Unfortunately, any fines will be your own responsibility. Always make sure to stick to the rules and regulations!

What if it rains when our Brunch & Ride is scheduled?

First and foremost, riding an e-scooter in the rain is neither enjoyable nor safe, and it can damage the e-scooter itself. In the event of predicted rain, we will assess the evening before whether we can go ahead with the tour or not. If not, we’ll be happy to reschedule the tour to another day that suits you. If rescheduling isn’t an option, you’ll of course receive a full refund from us. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities!

Am I insured while driving the e-scooter?

Our partner Let’s Meet Mallorca has a liability insurance for the rental of the e-scooter. It is important that on top, you have your own travel insurance or liability coverage for any other potential damage or accidents. We can’t be responsible for this.

Can I charge the e-scooter somewhere during the tour?

There are several charging points along the route, mainly in the villages. However, if you follow the route you won’t need to charge it. We ensure that the e-scooters are fully charged when the tour starts. In the rare event that you run out of battery: it is important that you keep an eye on the e-scooter during the charging process and that it’s locked. You will usually find the charging points on the central square in a village.

Do I have to pay a deposit for the Brunch & Ride?

No, no deposit payment is needed. We expect everyone to treat the e-scooters with utmost care, just as if they were yours. Thank you!

I haven’t received the booking confirmation / I can’t find my booking, what now?

No worries! Get in touch with us and we’ll make sure to send it to you again!

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

You can fill out the promo code at the checkout page in the designated box. If the promo code is still valid, it will be applied automatically!

I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?

You can fill out the code on your gift voucher at the checkout page in the designated box. If the voucher is still valid, the discount will be applied automatically!

Can I change or cancel my booking?

If you would like to change or cancel your booking, you can do this up to 7 days before the scheduled tour. We won’t provide a refund, but you will have the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost for a different date or receive a voucher that can be redeemed for any of our tours at a later time.
